Canadian Master Distribution Corporation (CMDC) is a newly formed company within the Blackfriars Group.  You may remember that Emco Limited was purchased in April 2003 by a subsidiary of Blackfriars and the name was subsequently changed to Emco Corporation (Emco).  CCTF, formerly a division of Emco, has been incorporated as a separate entity effective September 1, 2004.  CCTF Corporation (CCTF), as it is now known, is a 100% owned subsidiary of CMDC.  This change is in keeping with our strategic direction of maintaining strong worldwide relationships with our vendors and customers based on trust and sound business practices. 

 Through CMDC and CCTF our master distribution business can expand into new products and markets and can continue to grow in order to maintain its world class status as the vital logistical link between our suppliers and our customers.  Now celebrating 52 years in Canada, CCTF will continue its superior service to domestic wholesalers as the master distributor of choice for industrial pipe, flanges, fittings, hangers and an exclusive full line of high quality grooved products.  International Fittings & Flanges Inc., a recently formed company in the USA, will service our US customers who require support from a reputable master distributor.

 While CMDC and CCTF are part of a larger organization, we continue as distinct entities in control of our own destiny.  We remain excited about the future opportunities and will continue to build on our strong vendor and customer relationships.  In addition, we shall continue to satisfy the needs of our employees, vendors and our customers…with pride.
