Please confirm the following within 48 hours to the CCTF purchaser:
- Your expected shipping date.
- Discrepancies involving pricing, delivery, or other related information.
- Please write CCTF's PO number on the carrier waybill.
Product must be certified to the latest edition of the following applicable ASTM/ASME material standards.
All material test reports must dual certify to both ASME and ASTM standards.
Material test reports for all pipe, fittings and flanges must include certification to NACE MRO175/ISO15156 and NACE MR0103.
Pipe must be hydrostatic tested.

PACKAGING NOTES
All non-manufactured wood packaging must comply with NPPO regulations. Any costs incurred due to non-compliant packaging will be charged back to the vendor.
A statement on the B/L to this effect should be recorded.
All manufactured wood packaging is exempt from the regulations but must be recorded on the B/L.
FOR FUMIGATED WOOD PACKING, THERE MUST ALWAYS BE A SAFE AIR OUT TIME GIVEN AFTER FUMIGATION BEFORE CONTAINER IS CLOSED. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY TO AVOID POTENTIALLY UNSAFE LEVELS OF METHYL BROMIDE GAS WHEN CONTAINER IS OPENED IN CANADA.
Skids or crates of product must be able to safely withstand weight of being stancked three high without any collapse.
There must be an absolute minimum of mixing in each crate of different size and type of products. Every effort must be made to have crates with the same product where possible.
Packing lists clearly outlining the contents of each crate must be with every shipment.
Pipe loads must be blocked and layered using 4X4 wood separators to enable safe unloading at CCTF. Pipe must be tarped to protect it from the elements.
Pipe must be received clean with minimum surface rust and clear marking.
OTHER NOTES
All products shall be supplied in accordance with your current ISO9001 Quality Management System.
All requirements are subject to CCTF acceptance including dispositioned nonconformance related to products or services.
CCTF has the right to review suppliers documentations as required and access to suppliers premises or location of work for the purposes of performing audits, surveys, inspections, and verification of the supplier's quality system as well as compliance with contract requirements.
The supplier when requested shall make available to CCTF for review all associated data pertaining to subcontracts issued which are relevant to work performed for CCTF.
Current Canadian Registration Numbers (CRNs) required for all product (except hanger products and pipe.)
Copy of Statutory Declaration for product purchased to be provided if requested.
Material Test Reports required with shipment.
The body of your bill of lading should state:
- "Canadian Supplemental Data"
- "Ultimate Consignee" - insert company name and address fo our receiving branch.
- "Description of Goods" - insert sufficient description to identify the goods. For example, "carbon steel fittings, stainless steel pipe, etc."
Where customs clearance is required, use Cole International Inc., at the point of entry.
